Christmas Match
A downloadable game
Shoemaker's Last proudly presents: Christmas Match!
A fun little diversion for you and your Color Computer 1, 2 or 3 or your MC-10 based on an excellent PICO-8 game called Merry X-match by the talented Tic Tac Toed team. You can find their original on itch.io, as well.
Use your analog joystick -- or even a color mouse! -- to flip over cards and locate the matched pairs. Clear the first board and the next one gets a little harder with more cards. There is no score and the game never ends. However, you can press "Q" while on a game board to return to the title screen. Pressing "Q" on the title screen will return to BASIC.
Christmas Match was written in 100% assembly language and requires a joystick to play. After downloading the free virtual disk from the link below, insert or mount the disk. For a CoCo 1 or 2, LOADM the file named MATCHCC2.BIN. For a CoCo 3, LOADM the file named MATCHCC3.BIN. Then, type EXEC to play!
For the MC-10, download the MATCH.C10 file, CLOADM and EXEC to play.
